退款政策

We are confident in our faculty team, therefore, HanTok offers refund guarantee to all users.Users can simply log in to the HanTok App by themselves, click "me" in the lower right corner of the page, open my orders, and select refund to refund all unused courses purchased within one year.(refund amount = total amount paid for the course - number of courses completed and scheduled × price per course at the time of purchase)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request email, and let you know if the refund was able to approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
